- Thematic symposia proposal: August 31, 2026
- Registration: Open on September 1, 2026
- Deadline abstract submission: December 15, 2026
- Abstracts Acceptance: December 20, 2026
- Early bird fees payment: December 31, 2026
- Fees payment (mandatory to add the presentation to the programme): January 31, 2027.
- Conference: February 15-17, 2027
- Conference papers submission: March 31, 2027 (after the event; it is mandatory to use the template).
Participants have two options for the publication of conference proceedings:

Materials and Structural Integrity: Research Preprints. Google Scholar indexed. This route is specifically designed to facilitate the subsequent submission of extended papers to high-impact journals without concerns about plagiarism.
